Made Just for You
Each item is custom-made when you order it, so we don’t keep inventory on hand. This means we can’t accept returns or exchanges for issues like size, style, or color changes once production starts. Please double-check your order before clicking “buy.”
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, let us know right away. Send us an email within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem. We’ll replace or refund your item—no hassle, no guilt trips.
Order Errors
If we make a mistake (hey, we’re human), we’ll make it right. Just reach out with the details and we’ll fix it ASAP.
Cancellations
Because your item goes into production quickly after your order is placed, we can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
